First Post On New page Not Showing Up (Solution)

I've been seeing some people posting in a thread, and then checking the thread to see that their post didn't show up, even though it says that it showed up on the topic list.
The solution is the pick Post Reply, and look at the topic review below the posting, you should be able to see your post there.
