Forum Pagination Bug - FIXED

I have fixed the bug that was causing the page count to be off by one on the forums. I'm sure some of you have seen this, where the maximum page will be showing (x + 1) when there isn't actually a page (x + 1).
The page count should now be accurately displayed.

I remember when it did that when somebody replied to a thread, and they were the first post on the next page, and it wouldn't show the page or the reply until somebody else replied.
Does that still happen?

i know it still happened in CTFG sections
