How do I buy a digital version of a book with Paypal?

Question in the title... Used to be no problem, now it's not available... why not? Cause I certainly don't need a physical evidence loitering around in the house and I'm not willing to pay double for just a digital content. And besides, I have to use VPN just to access this site, I'm certainly not going to expose my credit card number to it.
