how do you get a profile picture on your forum post?

< everyone has a profile picture on the left side of all the post they make.

how can i get that?

My Account -> Settings -> Profile Settings. There's an option to upload an avatar as well as make a signature. Also for future reference if you have a question like this you should probably post in the support forum.
