How to change your user name

I don't know if this kind of thread is already made, but I tried to search it and I can't find one.

How do you change your user name? I've seen in the set of rules if I wasn't mistaken that you are only allowed to change your user name once.

I'm not planning to change it now but I would like to know how.

PM Jacob or one of the admins of the site and say you'd like to change your name. Make sure you mention your current username and the new username you wish to use.
