I assume that you are trying to download a video
If from the online streaming:
1) Download RealPlayer, google it and follow the instruction.
2) Browse your mouse over the online video, on the top-right of the screen, there will be a realplayer that enable you to download the video.
3) Go to RealPlayer library, and your download video should be there.
If from torrent:
1) It will contain a word file, that is because you do not have an appropiate software to enable your computer to understand that word file
2) In order to make your computer understand, download a torrent software. I choose BitComet in this case. Google it and follow the instruction.
3) After installing it, that word file become a file that looks like an orange icon. That is a bitcomet file.
4) Double click on it, the file will open and a pop up about the properties of that file.
5) You can choose where to download this file and you can see the detail of the file
6) After that, that file will start to download (or torrerting) the video into the folder you choose to download into it.
NOTE: The word file do NOT contain the VIDEO. It acts as a link to transfer that video to your pc.
Hope that helps you. If not i can add pictures for instruction there.
