I cannot subscribe.

Hello, I have MasterCard debitcard. I've tried few times buying subscription ,but every time when I do that I got that communication "There was an issue creating your subscription.". Could somebody help , I do really want to subscribe, but I cannot pay to do so :(

It's been some time, and i've still haven't got around my problem. I've sent message to fakku stuff (no reply), and I've tried using my card , but without any success.:(

Sorry about the wait, we've been a bit slower than usual with two conventions in a row and Jacob being in Japan for business. I still see the support ticket open and someone will post here when the issue has been resolved.

you should contact the credit company or bank to make sure the card can be used for adult content, i do remember some other user having issues and it turn out the credit company/bank had restriction for adult contents and they hard to get the credit company/bank to lift the restriction

Well I've contacted my bank, (Haven't mentioned the adult stuff) but they've said that problem lays on fakku side, not theirs, it's seems like fakku cancels my transaction, the bank said to me there were transactions, but all canceled , and they can't do nothing about it. :(

No response from fakku, I've tried my grandpa card, and same result, that got me thinking, becouse both banks have similiar safe transaction measures, they redirect to their own site when transaction happens, and ask for code in sms. Could it be that be that fakku doesn't allow for redirect?

I'd just buy a small pre-paid mastercard for now. Sadly it seems Fakku is a bit behind due to work and such. But at least this will give you acesses for pretty much the same cost for the month.

Confirm that I can use the same card that I can't use for subscribe to pre-order books.

So that's about it huh :( Well after Fakku added bank transfer option I was happy , but that happiness didn't last long, After I've tried for a while inserting payment info (which was kinda hard becouse in Poland we don't really use routing number. I think I've found it but not really sure if it is right) And still I got this god forsaken message "There was an issue creating your subscription." Welp , I'll sign myself out I think, I don't have enough time to try daily to subscribe, and changing banks isn't really an option for me.
