[Locked] I have problem for my subscription

My account was automatically paid with my debit card in several days ago, but I recently cannot watch any subscriptions at all.
I already check my bank account and it was already paid in 11 of February and I check in Fakku payment, it said you already active subscription member.

What happen to this problem? Can anyone help to resolve this thing?
