I can't get a gif avi or sig-Help plox

Your .gif, for an avi, must meet, or be lower, than the actual size of the avi , which is, 160px by 260px.

I'd like to see a tutorial for adding the different things to the signiture area. something about BB code type stuff, pics, etc.

or is there an existing thread where all that stuff is? if so, can it be stickied like the manual search instruction thread?
