Maybe I am the only one who is having an issue with this, but is there something up with the support system? I have an issue with a recent my order, and have tried to send a message. Now I understand that I will get a response in the order that they receive the message, but it has been more than one week since I sent the original message and I have gotten no response (I purchased this order on the 26th). I have sent two more since then with no avail, I am starting to think that there is some sort of issue. I probably would be a bit more patient, if I wasn't trying to return a digital book (since there is a 14 day return period) and trying to figure out about a shippment (since I haven't received any confirmation and I purchased the books physically). Now I don't want to continue having to send a message everyday, but should I just continue to message support until I get a response?
If there was/is a problem with the support system, will that affect any return I attempt to make (since I sent an email when the return would be elligible)?
