It'll queue up your rapidshare/megaupload/billion-other-sites links and download them for you as the timer expires. You can even give it the log-in information for your premium accounts if you have them...
It's java so it is multiplatform, and it is in most languages, but it was originally in German, so it can be a bit hard to find support info online.
