[Locked] Links in Notifications bug I found

All of the links in the messages don't work currently, at least on my end.
All except for the usernames, which do indeed take me to their pages.
It is the kind of notification / topic it relates to links that don't work for me, despite the fact the forum pages are still very much there. I can click on them, but it just leads me to the "Page Not Found." Page that features Momoka's smug "U Mad?" Face.
Example I made up to show which kinds of links are broken because I have no good way of showing you visuals. The words that I made red are the "links" that would be broken if this showed up in my notifications.

I'm not sure if you are aware of this bug (that may only be happening to me as I haven't heard of this happening to anyone else), but for me it happened right after you fixed the broken avatars, which I think was a day I hadn't logged in.
