"Mark as read" system for H-manga

with almost 7,000 mangas here on fakku, I sometimes have trouble keeping track of which ones i've read and which ones I haven't. I can recognize most of them, but it is still tedious to find h-manga that I haven't read yet.

I propose that we have a button somewhere to mark the h-manga as "read". The manga in the search results would say either "read" or "unread". In the future, when we have an advanced search feature, we could also filter the results based on whether you marked them as "read" or not.

This is necessary! Using a separate collection for this task right now.
