More PM issues.

If you mentioned about working on this earlier than disregard this topic.
The buttons shown in the PM screen are not working. When I press B, it doesn't make [b] appear. All of the other buttons and font options don't do anything.

Also, the find a username button always just makes a pop-up appear that says:

Template->make_filename(): Error - file search_username.tpl does not exist

Even if you wrote a name or just left it blank.

This was annoying me earlier actually, I must have clicked bold ten times before I realised it wasn't my browser's fault.
