My bookmark tool project and legal matters

My Problem:
I'm a web engineer, I often come across sections of the page that excite me, and I'd like to note them down with screenshots so that it's easy to look at them again in the future.
My Plan:
so I intend to start a project to create a bookmark tool for fakku pages, the elements will be:
- screenshot, will not be full page, so just cut the image (eg "asshole" part, "pussy" part, or part of the page that makes my dick excited)
- custom own tags, eg: asshole, body, big-nipple
- url, to page reader fakku (to read it in full)
- other metas
- and other features
Final Goals:
- advance bookmark library
- share bookmarks between users
- voting and comment system
- free!!!
