Page redirect attempts to load a trojan

I've noticed over the past month or so that someone implemented page redirects that go offsite when stepping from the first to the second page of a doujin (at random, usually once per session). The redirects themselves aren't an issue because they usually get blocked by my hardware firewall, but occasionally one slips through and I get malware from it.

This one successfully got a trojan detection into the Temp folder.

I've had a couple of different detections come through in the past 2 weeks but didn't feel like making an account to complain about it.
