How do you contact the customer service? Do these people actually respond to tickets? I recently purchased 10 volumes of manga, but I only have 5 books in the library. The rest are still marked as "add to cart", and I basically blew 50 dollars worth of money. This is literally a theft. Is there a way to get a refund or have the books available?
I've sent several support tickets before and received the reply roughly within 3 to 7 days (excluding the weekend) depending on the kind of the issue (e.g. whether it's missing items in the library or whether it has to do with shipping).
Also just today I have to reload the cart and try to checkout serveral times as well for otherwise it came back with the "empty cart" error. It did work eventually, though.
