Thanks for coming to J-List. This is a little explanation of our services for our customers around the world

J-List is a "wonderful toybox of things from Japan" and brings many fun and unique items to you. We sell everything from anime toys to Hello Kitty massager's to adult DVD, hentai games and manga, famous adult magazines, funny Japanese T-shirts, and more. Many of our products are for adults age 18 or older, and we ask that you become familiar with the laws in your country about purchasing adult products before ordering. All models in any adult product J-List sells is 18 or older.

J-List is based on Japan, but because Japanese banks do not interface with the rest of the world very well, we do all banking through the U.S., which is much easier for our customers. We can accept payment via credit card (processed on our secure server), Paypal (if Paypal works in the country you're in), or money order drawn in US$ sent to our PO Box from any bank or post office. Also, cash in US$ is okay in some situations, if no other means is convenient for you. For credit card payments, we do require that you give us the correct billing address for the card (for verification purposes), and in some cases, we may ask you for a computer scan or fax of the card and your ID.

At J-List, we can only speak English (and Japanese!), so it's not possible for us to communicate in languages other than English. Fortunately there are many tools for us all to use on the Internet that make the world smaller and more accessible for everyone, if they are needed.
