[Locked] subscription bug

I just subscribed a few minutes ago. I've checked and my card was definitely charged the amount, but I still cannot access anything. apparently I am still not subscribed, but when I try to subscribe again, the error pops up saying I'm already subscribed. how did this even happen lol

oh so that explains the response delay. well I did make a ticket right after I posted this, so hopefully it can be resolved soon. thanks, was kind of 10% scared I'm getting ripped off
