Tag Subscription Management

It's been awhile since I've fully visited and sat down to enjoy a good, long, sweaty fap. But I have a question and idea. Would it be possible to manage the "Tags" section by adding a poll-like option on the sides, top, or bottom? Almost so that it shows every single tag and subscribing to a new one or unsubbing would be as simple as clicking a small bubble and then, poof, you're done? I feel like it would be a great opportunity to not only appease many users, but make it easier on many also. I use a laptop or phone quite often and something like this would make it easier on my OS so that I don't have so many tabs open. That and it does take a lot of resources to have that many open.
