So, with the Writing Forum looking like it works again, can I ask whether or not I can Upload a Picture along with whatever I write?

Like, if I write a Chapter for something, can I also upload a Picture that I drew along with it? Just a Pic to show the Feel of the Chapter or Show what a Character looks like in my head, and stuff.
