thumbnails link to the wrong page

Hello,
The thumbnails for book chapters are linked to the wrong pages. This is not just the for one book but for most of the books. It would be nice to have them link to the right pages.
Thumbnails in individual chapters: page 5 in Tiny Heart isn't page 5 in Kira Kira
