What happened to the Tag definitions?

There used to be short description of what the tags mean... I can't seem to find it anywhere since one of the last updates. (or I just can't seem to find them?) Apologies for the n00biness of not remembering all the Japanese.
In any case, those short definitions were actually super useful.
It would be great to have them back. I think its fair to assume that someone, especially n00bs would find it useful and it doesn't take away from anything from the UI/UX.

I believe this was an unexpected result with the way we were removing content. The descriptions should be back when things settle down.
