why i can't make a new topic in visual novel section??

i just trying to make my first post there abou VN i already playing, and there isn't a topic that already talked about VN that i'm gonna talk about, so why is it happen??

realyy? but i tried for 4 times to post the same topic, but it didn't work. my browser always said it failed, nbut when i made topic in another place, nothing wrong happened like this. i wonder what's going then?? :3

It seems to work fine, you might have just tried doing it and Fakku hiccuped by going offline for a second. There should be no reason you're unable to unless for that section as well it's only for established members (but I doubt it).
