You require additional pylons to be able to post a pic.

Does it meet these specifications?

Width can be no greater than 160 pixels, the height no greater than 260 pixels, and the file size no more than 128 KB

i go and edit profile and change some thing but ever time i hit the submit it does not save it what i changed

The file size might be too large, try reducing it.
