Yet Another Notification Bug

Not sure why but I have four notifications pending. This is because my inbox claims I have four messages to read even though it is completely empty. I tried disabling all notifications, re-enabling them, logging out, logging in, waiting for a few days. Nothing worked.

So... Yeah...
