"Your post did not..."

When i try to post a Poll/Topic, sometimes i get a "your post did not meet the basic intelligence requirement for this forum" or something like that. Though i understand and accept that i did something wrong, i would like it if you would tell me what is i did wrong so i can quickly correct the mistake. Rather then having to read and re-read the "rules and requirements" in order to fix my mistake. That takes a lot of time, time i don't always have.

It may or may not be a bug. What exactly did you write in the posts?

Need to write more than two words and use correct punctuations in certain areas here. Outside of that I can't think why.

Thank you. I know most people use the forums a lot but i only use it every now and then, so i don't have this thing memorized like most people seem to.

I just tried making a poll. I didn't even type a message into the message box for the poll, i just created a link for a picture. Everything else was typed into the poll correctly. I am starting to wonder if ti was a bug too. But i tried it 4 times so...

And there's your problem. As freaky said, there's a post length requirement, the exact size depending on the section, but even in Incoherent Babbling and its subsections you need at least three characters in a post. Lack of a message will likely keep you below the requirement.

ah. well my original point still stands. They should tell us what it is we did wrong so we don't have to waste time re-reading the entire rule book (again) in order to find our mistake.
