Character Cards Dont show up in Honey Select Unlimited

Hello, I had download the Honey Select Unlimited and Applied the last update but when I download a character card in userdata/char/female the basic characters and the character i downloaded disappeared in select room, Did someone knows what is happening, I just buy the game a few hours ago and I really want to play it
