When I download the game via Fakku I don't get the english translation file. Their website has a patch for the R18 version for steam purchases which is listed as root.psf.040
Their website also lists a file called root.psf.002 which I do not see in my game folder.

I've downloaded and checked the game out. Open the game up, go into the config settings. There should be a language text setting. Choose English.
