I gave up on the anime.

As for the manga, I'm getting the urge to drop it. Maybe the translators are doing a shitty job, but the whole thing is becoming unbearable.

I hate when action pack anime becomes more like the discovery channel.

So I'm not the only one.

For me though it's because I'm having a little difficulty making sense of what's going on. A lot of the time the characters seem to be emotionally unstable and would rather talk amongst themselves over decisions they've made on their own while having their life threatened by Titans. Apparently staying alive isn't a top priority for these people, even though the idea that it is is forced down your throat.

It's funny because some of it is true especially the bonus DVD.

It was so-so.
