I only go to the movies when i want to see it.
Well, yeah, so do I. I just use reviews to
decide what I want to see, because the only two other options are trusting add campaigns (which I obviously don't) or listening to my friends's word of mouth and few of them have as wide ranging cinematic interests as I do.

OR forced by my old lady to see some dumb chick flick or something i wouldn't pay 20 plus popcorn and a diet coke for but i like fucking her and i fear her so i bare it.
Aw, that was the most hilariously offensive declaration of love I're come across so far. (^-^)

I still have a box of bd i haven't watched.
Curious now, what and why?
Me personally, I went through an 80s Blu-ray binge recently, catching up on stuff I never saw and rewatching stuff I haven't seen in years.
I watched Scarface, Robocop, both Terminiators (I know the second isn't 80s), Total Recall, Little Shop of Horrors (finally with the original ending restored on Blu-ray)Escape from New York, The Thing and the little Mermaid.
I think one of the triggers for that was that the 80s were the very peak of practical effects, before CG moved in in the 90s.
