How to tell the difference between normal and computer manga

I was just wondering if there was any way on how to distinguish between whether or not you are reading a manga done the old fashioned way with ink, layers, backgrounds, etc. and manga done by the computer (SAI). Also, which one is more difficult and which one will become the future standard?
In terms of percentage, is there any way to guess how many percent of manga is done the old fashioned way or done on the computer?
I thought of this question when I look up alot of hentai manga artists who also do alot of drawing using their computer and wonder if they do the same thing for their actual mangas or if that is done the original way.
This question is mostly about whether or not it's possible to distinguish between the two, or if there is any kind of "tell" that mentions how the manga was made, not which one is better.

From what I know, Izayoi Seishin releases some manga that is full of sketches of the final product. I don't think you can do such sketches on computer.
