I'm probably imagining things...

But is one of the animators that worked on the animation team for the Madoka series also secretly a hentai artist? I know it could very well just be a copied style, and probably wasn't even used first in Madoka, or even by the original author if they used it, but I just have this gut feeling that these things are somehow connected... somehow.

There were too many scenes like this in Madoka for me to think nothing of it, despite the high possibility that I'm just imagining this entire thing:

I'm not sure, but if you take a look at his/her twitter and pixiv accounts, you can tell they are a fan of the series. I believe there's even a few doujins that they have released?

Maybe the artist's drawing style actually inspired from the anime?
