I read about that "painting" on Facebook. If it really is a fake I had the feeling someone wouldn't bother to spend that amount of time on a single picture.

The videos a bit iffy on getting to the point but yeah it was confirmed to be fake, it becomes obvious if you overlay the original over top of it.
Also if you consider the fact that he seems to think a short video that's clearly only been roughly tripled in speed amounts to an original time of 200 hours, yyyeeaaaah. No.
