LF H-Manga about Heroine who could only power up via sex!

Hey everyone! This is my first post here!
I'm trying to remember the artist of a H-Manga, or what the title of it was. As far as I recall it was about a woman who could only turn into a superhero (costume and all) post-orgasm, or maybe it was a cream pie. Obviously supposed to be a bit on the humorous side. One scenario involved her being enslaved on an island by a dude, perhaps overweight, with an absurdly huge cock. He prevented her from turning into a superhero due to some scheme during sex.
I'm annoyed I can't remember because it was very well drawn, though stylized. Smart, sexy shapes. The bodies weren't quite as "realistically" drawn and it wasn't stereotypical manga/anime in the bodies and face. They were more like Shiwasu No Okina, though more exaggerated and "fun."
