Looking for a Tankubon series.

As title says I'm looking for a tankubon series I used to read a couple years ago. If memory serves it's 12+ books large. It revolves around MC that starts off masturbating in room of new apartment that ended up being rented out to two or three others. They eventually get it on first issue if I remember correctly. One of the roommates is a student other is teacher and other is office lady. teacher is fairly long haired blonde/light hair character. Not too long after that his sister wants in on it. His sister ends up sympathizing with a piece of trash co-student who had originally had control of teacher?. One of the other roommates almost got taken by some guy who had her hypnotized to only like him but through power of big dick/love broke through spell astounding the hypnotist. At some point MC, sister, and mother who is a open air bath resort owner hostess lady end up making a porn. There was also a student the MC got it on with in the broadcast room and her ass had the mic button pressed in during their session.
