This is about the Doujin by Mame, Stigma! If you haven't read it before, I caution you that its very hardcore before you decide to. I also caution that I am about to spoil the ending of it since I have been wondering things about it that I can't fully piece together.
Begin spoiler area:

Okay. So I read a bunch of hardcore stuff lately, and all through the cruel acts and horrible scenarios, I actually found it to have love/hope/loyalty. (Really shocked cus the loyalty one comes from a netorare story...It's actually very impressively done. This is the kind of stuff that gets me hooked into NTR: Netorare Inran Mesu Kanojo)
anyway, back to stigma. This girl was really over the top cruel, I can honestly say it felt like they were ready to kill him. They certainly ruined his life. Now, where it gets confusing is when he blacks out, you get flash backs into his life (which aren't clearly explained which is why I think some people get confused) and near the end, you get a flashback from her view. Now, I get that she resented him trying to help her or come on to her. What I don't understand is even though she hated him so much, she hung onto the ring. She kept it even long after she passed him off and from the looks of it had been holding it for at least a few months (assuming this isn't what caused her to pass him off to the other two) now, why did choose only to throw it out after learning his balls were smashed beyond repair? is there some shred of care in here I am missing? her smile in the end comes off as one of cruelty and legit happiness of his misfortune as she calls him an idiot. Why was the crushing of his balls so significant to her? any ideas?
Edit: Re-reading it again, it seems they went through teacher (and her being sadist but caring) to career and loathing, but I can't really tell, but is she wearing the ring he gave her around her neck?) that makes the throwing it in the trash part after his balls destroyed even more confusing. I get her hiding it after she gave up ownership...
