This isn't even related to Shingeki No Kyojin, or anime. I'm just posting PouTube videos now.

Will watching this spoil it for me in any way?

The OPs video (and the best one here) is just pretty much the first 13 or so minutes of episode one.
But it is so heavily edited that it shouldn't spoil too much.

Edit - there are some clips from a different episode, but again, it's so heavily edited that it shouldn't matter.
