On some accounts, yes. Some things that he did, however, i.e. killing jews/gays/others in concentration camps, were a real thing before the allies won, so I'd say having a negative association of him is still correct.

Its more that when I see history being discussed on the internet often someone will say that "History is written by the victors." implying that history can't be trusted or a particular book or view of history isn't true because it was written by someone on the side that "won". This really annoys me so now whenever I see someone write that I like to respond with "So does that mean we've been wrong about Hitler this whole time?" :D
