Discussion Thread.
A certain someone seems busy and stuff so I decided, why not make a generic brand unofficial (they were never official anyways) waifu game?
Rules:
-To claim a waifu (in a different thread I will make later on) you must say the characters name and the series where she's from. Dumb nerd points for providing your favorite picture/s and explaining why you picked them.
-You must have at least 1 post outside of ctfg/ib to make a claim
-No reclaims because this is a new game so anything/body is up for grabs.(reclaims were never fun)
-1 waifu/husbando per round unless you come in late, then you can pick up
to the what # round we're at.
-You can divorce any amount of characters but to get a reclaim you have to wait 48 hours from when you posted the divorce. And the waifu divorced is up for grabs 1 hour after the divorce post by anyone else. You also can't reclaimed the divorced waifu (given no one swipes her) till the end of the final extra round.
-4 normal rounds with 2 extra rounds. If you have 1000+ post outside of IB/CTFG you get to participate in an extra round. If the account you're claiming your waifus with has been active for more than 1 year, you can also participate in an extra round.
-Actual waifus/husbandos again are limited to whether they're fictional or not, so no real people either. Unlike past games, the characters don't have to be from official merchandise, they just can't be OC's or random abstract concepts. So webcomic characters, Board/Console-tans, mascots are fine.
-No alternate reality versions of characters unless you can prove they're substantially different characters. i.e Yuki from TMOHS and the spin off show, but you must make the distinction in your post.
-If 2 people claim the same character the person who claimed her first gets them. If for whatever reason you both claimed them at the same time, person with smaller post number gets her. (I've seen this happen in past games, this board is buggy)
Since is the discussion thread I wanted to ask:
What new rules do you think would make the game more fun/interesting?
When would you like to see it start? (I was thinking next Friday 7/29 and every round on the following Friday)
It's funny reading your rules compared to Jack's overly extravagant ones. I'm all in if people actually want to play this game and totally fine with all your rules and stuff. Can't think of any new rules or anything that would be fun so I'll leave that to anybody else who wants to do it.
