Well, rip Pokémon 'Bridged

One of my favourite Abridged series is fucked.



Just goes to show a lot can happen behind closed doors. It felt like something was off in some of their more recent streams, and I guess this is why.

Okay but which one?

Pokemon and death note are like the most abridged shows out there.

There's only one Pokémon 'Bridged.

Not gonna lie, I was hoping it was 1kids and it turned out to be him. I hated his "references are never ever funny" stance.

His was probably the better edited one with lots of cameos from bigger abridgers, but not that funny. Ash being retarded for so long stop being funny fast.

Mike's a bit of an arsehat, but I liked the humour for the most part. Though in one "redub" he changed Ash to be a psychopath and I felt that was a little too dark. It shows him killing a Caterpie on-screen, and they kept playing that up in newer episodes. So Episode 1 and 2 he's just a retarded kid, 3 he kills bugs, then onwards all the way up to the most recent episodes he's a retard again, then once again flexes his murder-muscles in the recent ones. It's a bit jarring. Episode 1 needed a redub, it was fucking awful. But 2 and 3 really didn't need it, and 2 especially played up Jenny's ephebophillic and paedophillic tendencies that would basically be her character trait in later episodes.

But I digress. I guess when you move in with your coworkers and make your home into an office space with Mike as he is, something was bound to crack.
