What happened to SirC Translations and Commissions?

Title basically. The last thing I remember reading on his old blog was something about "throwing in the towel" or something, I don't quite remember. The next time I checked the blog, it was already taken down, presumably by him. Just curious if anyone knows any precise details, cause that was an old favourite blog of mine, and I liked his translations.
