Wildfires

Rather late now, but @nexus, @deadsx, how are you guys faring? @pumpjack-mcgee, I know there weren't any big fires close to Edmonton, but you guys got smoked pretty badly, right? And @William, I believe you're Albertan too?

Overall pretty good. Only a handful of fires in my area most minor, the only one worth mention near West Kelowna is already put out, or contained i think.

22 this month. Over 50 seasonally. That just one state. I don't even have to use my smoker. Just hang and wait.

Saskatchewan's had around 674 so far, although it has a larger area and a ton of forest up in the north

Usually I expect California fires, seeing as how this state is so fucking dry atm.

It's kinda amazing at all the fires in Saskatchewan. But that's weather for you.

I'm originally from Manitoba, but from what i hear the weather has been equally crazy. Think they had a Tornado that lasted 3 hours?

It's been pretty much the same in my area south of the Central Okanagan. Just really hot! The only thing of concern right now, is all the d-bag tourists who don't know their asshole from their mouth.

Edit: You going to KFX in Kelowna next year? I just recently found out about it. It's been around for 2 years.

First time I've ever heard of it too. Dunno, if I get my license maybe. Never gone to events like that so it would be interesting.
