If you go into your account settings, there's an option "show controversial content", if you select yes, then it will show content that is illegal in some countries, like incest, loli, shota, and I guess tentacles are considered controversial. If you turn that filter off, you'll be able to see tentacles.

the "show controversial content" is linked to the old rep requirements.
you just have to be active on the forum than it will be shown.
this is to stop bots, plus some tag are illegal in some countries

i guess tentacles isn't too common on here, and most of them are tagged with doujinshi which you pay separately from the subscription, but, it can just be part of the controversial content thing
