Hello and how the hell do I log in?

I must have missed something. Whenever I search for my profile it says I don't exist, when I try to log on, it tells me that I can't. I validated my account but it still don't work. Every time I try to log onto Fakku I have to send a password reset request and then log on by entering a new(the same) password. Can someone please tell me what I'm doing wrong? I've been here less than a day and have neither said or posted anything that would so much as raise an eyebrow.
