No, that is not a sensationalist title...I maintain and run the FAKKU store with Jacob's guidance, as well as lots of coffee and swearing. I have been familiar with FAKKU since its creation and implementation waaaaaaay back in 2006, although I have not posted at all until my recent introduction.
When I say I maintain and run the store, it's more of a learning process since I have only been trying this for the past 3 weeks...so far so good I hope. I receive the orders via email and process them as fast as I can to ship them out at the earliest date, often the day after and order pops up on our records. Unfortunately, USPS doesn't always get the shipping right, and some packages and tracking get mixed up and sent to the void that is Needles, CA (never go there...never), but I try to contact the recipient to let them know of the changes. I am also a kind of customer service guy who answers questions about store products or other merchandise related queries. While I do not have all the answers, I hope to become more informed and proficient at my new post here.
As time goes on, the store will be getting new inventory and I will continue to do my best delivering these items to those that want them. I try to answer all the emails with questions about purchases first, and anything else about the store / site second. We will see for how long I stay in this position as the "Store Manager", not sure what will be coming next in my career path (path...AHAHAHAHAHAHAH) but for now, here I am.

(NOTE: For those of you who order items from the store and use ANY form of international shipping, keep in mind it could take up to 2 weeks + to reach you due to Customs regulation bullshit and the efforts of the delivery persons with your stuff. Yes, even if you order it Express International...could take that long.)

So after over 4 years of lurking,Crazy Ben finally showed himself with the community after he had permission of Jacob to run the store,right?
Just kidding,and with a person who has been here longer than any of us.Maybe i don't need to mention about Rules and Faqs for you(or you can read it again in case you forgot about what is it).
