Hello! My name is Tael and I'm a tech, philosophy, audio, gaming and anime enthusiast from the new world. Beyond the analytical and often formal demeanor that my writing takes on lies a pretty laid-back guy who, to the contrary, doesn't take very much of anything seriously at all. So if you're reading my posts in the future and the couple paragraphs I've written make it seem like I really care about a particular subject, don't be surprised if I make some flippant comments about it soon after.
As far as technology goes I've done some web development in the past and enjoy contributing scripts and styles to the communities I participate in, so you'll probably see me in the dev sub-forum a fair amount. I'm well versed in *nix systems and have worked professionally in the IT industry for some time now. If you ever need advice or help with a problem feel free to ask, just remember to RTFM and use Google first. For games, well all I can say is that I really haven't been playing many as of late, though I'm probably going to drop off the face of the planet once Star Citizen comes out. For music I'm into pretty much anything and everything, unless it's mainstream rap or pop. For anime I usually keep up with the latest shows, though I'm not such a big fan of SoL but don't mind it every once in a while. Lastly, I love philosophy and consider myself well studied in the subject, I'm always up for a friendly debate.

Yeah, same for me, pretty much interested in all areas, i don't even have a specific single area that i focus on.
