Not quite that bad for me... I can handle up to 3 tasks simultaneously as long as enough coffeein is provided (acknowledged coffeein junky and member of the chaos coffee club! /proud offtopic statement). But only if those tasks are compatible, i.e. writting things down, talking on the telephone and look at what the conditions for certain things related to the telephone / writing are.
