hey im new here my name is Ernesto, and i have just a question..... i hope i am in the right forum, well, i downloaded some things, and then i couldnt open the zip file..... i think it is because my computer is new and maybe i dont habe the right program, can someone help me? like giving me a link to download the programm or something, thank you

right click the file, click extract all, select location and that should solve your problem

well..... thank you, i tried, but that option doen not appear, it just appears the file but without any programm to open it, io have to choose one but no one can open it, i think i dont havew a program to extract the file, can someone give a link or tell me what i need? pleaseeeee hehe
