Wrong site for that, no form of loli material is allowed to be uploaded here due to the site's terms of service with their ad's company that funds the site. There are probably other sketchy sites for such content.

As for the forums, I'm not exactly sure to what extent it's alright but as long as it's nsfw no one will mind.

exhentai.org has more(it has more of everything), but there's a small barrier of entry that frustrates most new users.

As for doujins, like Misaki said, loli is not allowed here due to revenue reasons. And like Cruz said, the occasional loli doujin does slip in. If you want to find them your best bet is to look through doujins with the pettanko tag. Again going with Cruz said, exhentai has everything but it does have a barrier entry.
